Can I request a part that is not in the shop?
Yes. The catalog covers only some possible inquiries. Share the part number, description and quantity. We will clarify whether sourcing is possible and on what terms.
What if I do not have a part number?
Describe the application, dimensions and specification. For vehicle parts, include the make, model and year. Mention any photos or samples; we will agree how to share them.
Can I request several parts or recurring supply?
Yes. Paste your parts list into the description, ideally one item per line: part number, description and quantity. For recurring requirements, include the period and estimated volume.
Do you source parts or connect me with a supplier?
Hydro Connect Systems is based in Germany and sources from Türkiye. You can inquire about specific parts or finding a source. Before commissioning, we clarify who supplies the goods and the scope of our services.
How are price, lead time and minimum quantity determined?
They depend on the item, quantity and source. Availability, specification, price, delivery terms and any minimum quantities are agreed in the individual quotation.
